Open Arts and Third Space present Charade Parade, an experimental marching band
Joel Leblanc, guitar
Andrew Reed Miller, bass guitar
Andrew George, clarinet
Jon Fisher, horn
Joel Cormier, percussion
A roving and meandering source of sonic material, this group will reach the ears and minds of anyone in their vicinity. Music will range from free-improvisation to classics such as Swell Music (1967) by James Tenney and Word Event (1961) by George Brecht. Guitar performers tow battery-powered amplifiers on wagons. Interaction with the public may happen.
