A nine-piece live orchestra performs an original score by New Brunswick composer Andrew Miller alongside the screening of the classic 1927 silent film Metropolis. This groundbreaking science-fiction film set in a futuristic urban dystopia remains relevant today, thanks to its commentary on technology and social change, and its striking imagery. The accompanying live score brings a new dimension to the film, which is still widely regarded as one of the greatest ever made.
